RED LIGHT THERAPY
A non-invasive experience using red and near-infrared light to support your body's natural recovery processes and overall wellness.
No. Red light therapy does not use ultraviolet light.
Red light sessions generally take 10–20 minutes. Allow a little extra time for your first visit.
That depends on your goals and routine. Our team can help you think through a cadence; consistency matters more than a fixed schedule.
Experiences vary. Some people notice changes sooner than others, and no particular outcome or timeline is guaranteed.
YOUR FIRST VISIT
No appointment is required. Walk in during business hours and our team will help you get started. Availability may vary at busy times.
Wear what makes you comfortable. For red light, expose the areas you want the light to reach; for the sauna, dress for warmth and ask our team about studio guidance.
Many guests make a visit part of their workout routine. Choose a time that feels right for you, hydrate, and follow any advice from your healthcare professional.
You can ask our team about enjoying both experiences. Listen to your body, especially with sauna heat, and allow time to cool down and hydrate.
SAFETY
Certain conditions or medications can affect light sensitivity or heat tolerance. Please tell our team about any concerns and consult a healthcare professional before use if you are unsure. Sauna guests should hydrate and leave if they feel unwell.
Please speak with your healthcare professional before using red light therapy. Avoid sauna heat during pregnancy unless your healthcare professional specifically advises otherwise.
Anyone who is pregnant, has a heart or blood pressure condition, is photosensitive, uses photosensitizing medication, has difficulty tolerating heat, or has another medical concern should seek individualized guidance first.
